We are slaves to our feelings.  Another form of control that is rampant without the awareness by most people...  I just watched a commercial where a girl with a really bubbly personality is telling a story of a kid who walks into Best Buy and said he wanted to buy something really special for him mom for mother's day.  She showed him a little gadget that displays pictures on a keychain.  She mentions how he can put pictures of the two of them on it.  Then she says "I can picture his mom opening the gift and thinking my son loves me".  She ends the commercial with the statement "Everyone thinks about their mothers".

This commercial made me feel sick.  It was carefully designed to instill exactly the opposite feelings that I experienced.  Even if people believe this story to be made up, they still experience a warmness from it.  It was designed to target the most sensitive aspects of the human psyche...a child's love for his mother.

But...all commercials...all advertisments no matter what form (television, printed ads, logos, symbols, actions, phrases/mantras) are designed to create feelings within you.  Any many times the feelings are false or misleading. And remember...anything can be an advertisment; the news, a speech, a fashion statement, etc.  What is the definition of an advertisment?  What does it mean to "advertise"?  Well...the word means "to make known" or "to bring to awareness", "to notify", or "to promote".  And one definition includes the point of arousing desire by mentioning desirable qualities.  So what we have is one word that is used to represent two different underlying concepts: one is to make known while the other is to control.  How many people are aware of this difference?  Confusion and a mislead understanding arises because of the combination of concerns into a single word.  On one hand, an advertisment is passive and harmless.  On the other hand, it is active and harmful.

A mantra or charm is a phrase that is repeated so as to eventually guide your mind in a certain direction.  Advertisments are rampant with chimes, songs, and repetitive catch phrases.  This technique is also used in the spiritual realm of religion.  Symbols are pictures or visual representations that do the same thing.  A symbol represents something; either physical or abstract.  Companies select colors carefully to represent their products.  Research has been done that shows the colors red and yellow trigger a sense of hunger more than any other color; this is why McDonalds and many other food companies use those colors.  Color is also important in spiritual matters.  Colors, just like sounds, symbols, charms, talismans, herbs, incense, oils, etc are carefully chosen because they influence the mind through their associations.  Associations are the tools used to build the links in the chain of thought in the minds of the slaves.

It is important to note that the concept mentioned here ties directly into the concept mentioned earlier about controlling others not by changing their actions directly, but by changing their thoughts so that they perform those actions by their own will.  Advertising clearly uses this concept.  And this concept works.

What does it mean to sell something; be it a product or yourself (job interview, or date)?  You are trying to instill a desire into your audience; a desire to satisfy some false urge which inadvertantly satisfies your own desire.  This is exactly what it means to control others.  By allowing yourself to be subject to countless advertisments, you are agreeing to allow others to control and shape you.

Basically, we need to become aware of the effects of our experiences and observations.  We need to question the motives of the source of all experience.  We need to be aware of what feelings we experience as a result of our observations and find the reason why we have those feelings.

Imagine trying to get a large group of people to do what you want them to do.  Imagine trying to enforce a set of your rules upon them.  Some of the people would be negatively affected by your rules to a stronger degree than others; therefore you would have varying degrees of opposition.  This is going to be difficult to do successfully.  Unless you use a bit of social engineering.

This is what you do.  You create the voice of your own opposition.  You establish a group whose job is to oppose you.  By setting up your own body of opposition (or illusion of opposition), you have moved yourself into a position of complete control.

By establishing a group who will do the fighting for the opposition, you have essentially stopped the common person from taking any action because the people now have a group that will fight for them (so they believe).  The people will sit back and do nothing except support the group who they believe is fighting for them.  So...what you have done is quell the opposition.

Also, by establishing a group to oppose yourself, you can now steer the people astray away from truely understanding the meaning of the battle.  Each group can voice their arguments in legal terms and rhetoric that the average person doesn't fully understand.  The lack of education among the common person is what allows this effect to thrive.

Another benefit you get for establishing your own opposition is the compromise effect.  If you want to gain an inch against the people you should push for two inches.  That way, when you settle for a 50/50 compromise, the people will be satisfied that you didn't get two inches.  What you really got was 1 inch; exactly what you set out to achieve in the first place.  You can see this effect happen all the time in our country.  It is easily noticed when a law is proposed that sounds so ridiculously right-winged or left-winged that you can't believe some politician actually supports it.

This leads to another effect...the effect of systematic desensitization that is used to control the people.  If you expose people to a bad thought or idea that they have never even dreamed would ever exist (as mentioned above), it is quite a shock.  This shocking effect is strong and the people will hold stong against it.  But if a politician exposes this ideology again and again, it will become old news.  Because it is old news, the people's opposition will not be as strong.  The psychological weapon of repitition, which is a known technique in brainwashing, is used against you and you don't even know it.  Have you ever heard a song on the radio that you hated but after hearing it so many times you actually come to like it or at least tolerate it?  ...same effect.

...and you wonder why we have a two-party system.  ...why is it that we elect delegates to be our voices for us.  ...whenever there is a problem, the politicians set up a special committee (under their own control) to fight for us.  ...why is it that popular vote doesn't matter.  We are watching an act, a play, upon the world stage.

How do you control people?  Well...You can force people to do your will.  But applying force will usually result in an opposing force because nobody likes to be forced into anything.  It makes people feel like they are controlled and that they are a slave to somebody else.  Even if their will naturally coincides with yours, they still may turn in opposition just to spite you for trying to force them (depending on the nature of the situation).

Imagine a situation where their will does coincide with your will.  This would be perfect.  All you would need to do is give them a nudge, a reminder, and make them aware that they need to take action.  And off they go!  They are doing your will.  But many times this is not the situation; especially if you want to control people to do something that is beneficial to you at their own expense.  But hope is not lost; it is possible to create this situation through social engineering.

How do you get people to change their will or desire?  You must change their feelings and thoughts.  How do you do this?  Well...people form their thoughts about the world (about their surroundings) based on what they observe in their environment.  If they are exposed to more terror or scary events than usual, then they will think and therefore feel that their environment is dangerous and scary.  If you remove all information regarding negative things, they will percieve their environment, the world around them, as a happy, safe, pleasant place.  You can control what people think and feel by exposing them to different information...and the people won't have any clue that they are being manipulated and controlled; they will believe they are in control of their own will.  You create the perception of a problem and then you provide the solution to that non-existant problem.

This is what the media does.  The media (TV news, radio news, news papers) is where people are exposed to the information that shapes their view of the world.  By broadcasting a specific viewpoint and leaving others out of sight and out of mind, you are shaping the thoughts and feelings of the public.  You are controlling people without their awareness.  It is no coincidence that all of our media sources in this country are controlled by large corporations that are tightly tied to politics.  Through the media, we have been lead to believe our lives were in danger from terrorists, our American freedoms were at stake.  We witnessed people in authority overreact to small events and create frightening drama out of nothing.  We were put into a state of fear.  We felt threatened.  So threatened that we gave up some more of our constitutional rights and liberties for the sake of feeling safer against terrorists.  So threatened that we supported a seemingly endless war in Iraq which is running the people of this country into the deepest debt ever imagined.  Because of the war, we the people are sickly in debt to the bankers and corporations from which we borrowed all this war money.  And the interest is ridiculous.  Americans are slaves because we lack the knowledge of what freedom actually is.  We are dumbed down and distracted by our busy lives and all the things corporate America dangles in front of us.  The meaning of the word patriot has been changed for a reason...to control you.  It used to mean a person who protects the people from the government (as quoted by this country's founding fathers who fled the corrupted throne of Britain to start a better existence upon this contenent).  It now means a person who supports the government.  This is the complete opposite of what it means and Americans are too stupid to understand that. 

We are all slaves to the British throne.  Do some research on the history of the Federal Reserve System...this is a history lesson that clearly reveals the enslavement of every American who thinks he is free.

Just writing my thoughts...a perspective on things...
 
There are volumes of experiments that support some of these thoughts and totally rip apart others.  But...nonetheless...they were thoughts I had...

I don't know much about quantum physics but...what I've read I find intensely fascinating.  Some experiments show that matter does not even exist.  The atom doesn't even have any solid parts as was previously thought (Neil's Bohr's model of the atom).  So what is the world made of?  Try to think of the world in terms of energy...not solid material.  A material (matter) does not exist until we experience it.  What do we actually experience when we feel something we believe is solid (or liquid)?  Maybe we experience a force of energy that repels us (the matter that makes up who we are).  If you were to try to place a magnet's positive end up against another magnet's positive end, you would feel them repel.  Depending on the strength of the magnet, you may feel that repulsion inches away; and it gets strong the closer the magnets become.  Imagine this at the atomic level...you won't feel the repulsion inches away...you would feel the repulsion at an immensely small closeness.  Maybe this is what we experience as matter. 

Are photons components or fields of energy that are deflected by other energy fields (light reflects off of a surface and we can see the surface)?  A photon field of energy has a specific resonance (or wavelength); which we interpret as color.  There may be various photon wavelengths co-existing in the same energy field (a mix of colors) similar to the way various communication links can simultaneously traverse through a fiber optic cable at different frequencies.  Maybe photons only resonate at specific, fixed wavelengths...the primary colors?  When this energy meets another energy field (matter...or even heated air), its resonance is changed.  The frequency of the energy in the matter causes a destructive effect of the wavelengths at certain frequencies (these are the wavelengths or colors that appear to be absorbed by the surface and not reflected back).  Other wavelengths mix in a constructive interference which results in the reflection of a higher color or wavelength.  And then there are some that are reflected at an even input-output wavelength...neither constructive nor destructive.  In the case of a constructive interference of energy frequencies, the reflected wavelength of the photon would probably be constructed to a wavelength that falls outside of our visual spectrum and somewhere in the infrared spectrum.  Are there experiments that support this?

Imagine a field resonating at a specific frequency; producing waves in a pool with a specific wavelength.  Imagine those waves coming in contact with the wall and bouncing off.  If the wall is stationary, the wavelengths of the bounced waves will equal the wavelengths of the waves that hit the wall.  Imagine if the wall were resonating at a different frequency.  When a wave hits the wall, the wavelength of the bounced wave will vary depending on the location (or resonant cycle-location) of the wall at the time the wave hit it.  Therefore, each wave that hits the wall will produce a bounced wave of some different frequency.  If the wall was resonating at a harmonic of the source field that is producing the waves, what would the bounced wave's wavelengths look like?  Would they follow a pattern?  Yes they would.  There would be constructive and destructive effects to produce different bounced wave wavelengths.  The resonating causes a Doppler effect to change the resulting bounced wavelengths.  Since waves in a pool move slowly, imagine recording this effect for years and then playing it back at a super-high speed.  Think of these wavelengths as being the frequencies/wavelengths of the electro-magnetic spectrum.  Think of them as falling within the visual spectrum (color).  Maybe photons act this way when bouncing off of other energy fields.  (Maybe photons are not separate things in and of themselves...maybe they are just a field extending from some other energy field's source)

The Doppler Effect exists in both the auditory/compression wave energy spectrum and electro-magnetic energy spectrum.  Does it also exist in the matter spectrum?  Is what-we-call-matter the densest form of energy we know of because it vibrates so slowly that the fields/forces are strong and these entities tend to bond tightly in harmony so as to repel other slow-resonating (matter) fields?  Or is it that all forms of matter resonate closely similar (which causes their bond to be strong)?  Although closely similar, the difference forms of matter are different but ever so slightly.  This is what we experience as solid.  If we were composed of an energy field of a higher frequency, we would then experience other (similarly high) fields as solid and we would be able to pass through what we now call matter; because we would have a frequency similar to those energies.  Is there a way to change our resonance?  Can we (with thoughts and emotions) affect our surroundings in such a way that we apply a resonance strong enough to constructively or destructively alter the resonance of our surrounding or our own energy fields?  Is this magic/divine?  Is this what is referred to in religious terms as becoming a being of light (a higher resonance and spectrum)?

Everything exists as just a field of energy.  What we think of as an atom is the center of a field (an energy field).  When a bunch of atoms resonate in harmony, they join together to fulfill a natural harmony of wave motion, this is the pull, the force, that makes them attract.  This is when two H's join a single O to make H2O.  The force is defined by the resonance of the energy.  The resonance and the draw toward harmony and the effect the resonance has and influence it has on its surrounding fields, this is what causes the force of these fields.  This is why certain atoms attract certain others.

Maybe there are different levels of fields that all exist at the same time.  Imagine a particle resonating.  Then imagine that particle being part of a larger system of energy that is itself resonating.  Then this larger system is just a small part of another system that has a resonation.  Like the moon revolving around Earth at a frequency of ~28 days.  Then the Earth around the sun at a frequency of ~256 days.  Then the sun around some other point in the Milky Way at some frequency.  And the Milky Way around something else, etc.  As we traverse various levels of resonance, the frequencies grow lower (wavelengths get larger)...the frequency of the entire universe must be extremely slow.  Sound, light, matter...maybe these are types of fields...how are they related to levels?

Emotions are an energy field that we create with our brain chemistry.  They are a different frequency than matter (of course)...but sometimes they can affect matter.  If our emotions are strong enough toward someone or something we may build a field with that someone or something to the point where it actually does effect the environment.  Then when that field is disturbed (e.g. the other person is suddenly killed), we feel the disturbance in that field and our brain interprets this disturbance in an association with the one we were connected to...and we feel an emotion of strangeness or discomfort.  Maybe hauntings or spiritual energy can be explained through these energy fields created through emotion.  Maybe psychic ability can be explained this way, including the fact we (as energy fields) are affected by and can affect our surroundings; we are all connected in resonance.

All cells have their own specialized task in a system of cells (a plant, or an animal).  Each cell reacts to its environment in a unique way.  Each cell is composed of specialized organelles.  Each organelle is composed of specialized molecules.  Each molecule is composed of various atoms (as we humans have defined).  Think of an atom as a force, a current, an energy, a pull or push, an effect on surroundings, a difference in nature.  It is the resonance of this energy field that distinguishes it from others and makes it unique.

Don't think of anything as solid, liquid, or gas.  These are concepts we use to describe the energy at a high level.  These are human concepts and they only exist at a macro-level.

All things must be different.  If everything was the same, nothing would exist.  Differences are needed in order to define the things that are different.  If only positive existed...positive would cease to exist.  Imagine a universe of all positively charged items except for one item that is negatively charged.  Once you eliminate that negative charge, what becomes of the positive charges?  How can you prove they are positive?  As opposed to what?  What does it now mean?  There is only one singularity...no more distinction to define items in terms of negative or positive.  But...if a human being (a conscious being) were present, the negative item could be remembered and therefore that past item would effect the perception of the current state of the universe (the perception of the observer; the conscious being).  That being's reality would not be in sync with the current state of the universe.  Reality is subjective and created by consciousness and is different for each and every observer.

We should be trying to eliminate both good and bad...instead of just one of the two.  It doesn't make sense to eliminate just one.  Ridding the world of evil involves ridding the world of good.  This concept is the rudimentary justification for segregation, classification, and distinction.  At a very macro level (socially speaking), it is good to eliminate acts of discrimination and different treatment based on unfair or untrue prejudices.  But some people take this too far and fight to eliminate right acts by ridding the world of all forms of separation on all levels.  Lowly-thinking people fight for eliminating the wrong differences and for the wrong reasons.  People who work hard or have a lot of talent at something should be recognized for it and reap the benefits of their actions while those who did not succeed should not reap any benefits.  This is just natural, isn't it?  Failure should not be shunned; but it should not be rewarded either.  Well...our society is moving in a direction where every child in a sporting league receives a trophy so as to not make the losers feel badly.  This is going against nature...this damages the valuable experiences and robs these kids of the natural world's lessons of motivation for the benefit of reaping rewards.  People feel nature is unfair and try to make this world idiot-proof and child-proof.  Instead of teaching children valuable lessons, they want to shelter them, forcing ignorance upon them.  This is not in balance with nature.

All things are just differences in energy...different forces.  A force does not exist unless there is an opposite force acting upon it.  If that opposing force does not exist, then the initial force itself does not exist either.

Newton's law says that objects tend to stay in motion unless acted upon by an external force.  I always thought of it as the external force (or object) caused the initial (or moving) object to change it's vector; I never thought of the initial object changing its own vector based on its surroundings or external environment.  This law tends to make us think of solids (material) that apply a force upon each other.  If matter is just a field of energy, or a force, then it paints a different picture in your mind.  Remember, only forces of a specific frequency affect each other in specific ways.  Why do the two objects feel a force upon each other?  Because they are different; they resonate differently.  Differentiation is essential for anything to be defined.  Imagine a space where all things were identical in every way.  I'm not talking about all people being identical or all planets...I'm talking at the quantum level.  If every piece of matter, atom, etc...whatever you want to call it...every single lowest level of anything that exists is the same as every other lowest-level thing, would there really be anything exiting?  In order for something to exist, there must be a differentiation between it and its environment.  It must have some unique properties.  If something can't be defined, does it at all exist?  If everything resonated at the same frequency, all existence would then be in harmony and would then cease to exist, in perfect peace.  Maybe this is god, the undefined perfect harmony.

What does it mean to say that everything is just a force...that there is no such thing as matter or the material world?  What is a force composed of and why is it there?  Where did it come from?  Where will it go?  A force is a potential for something.  But what is that something?  To say that god put these forces here sounds a little ridiculous doesn't it?  That is speaking like god is a person.  Humans always try to personify their surroundings; especially when they don't understand them (Mother Nature, Father Time, Death (the Grim Reaper), Love (Cupid), the various gods/goddesses of various aspects of nature, etc.  We, humans, are just a system of various other energy systems and fields (which are composed of even further-refined systems and fields themselves to the Nth degree).  What we call god may be the one source of all this energy...the one field of energy that everything is a part of...the thing that all energy fields resonate with on the lowest (or highest, depending on how you look at it) level.  Everything and everyone is resonating with this field.  We are all, at some level, in harmony with this field...but as we resonate with this low level, we also resonate within each god-cycle with other higher fields of vibration.  Maybe this god-field is the base that all other fields resonate on.  And when a system of energy fields breaks down and dissipates back into the environment (when we die and rot), the fields dissipate back into the all, back into the lower god-level resonance. Harmony is a balance...a place where all things resonate together without disruption.  Maybe this is the god frequency...and we are all composed of fields that are deviations from it that will at some point in the future return back to that balance or harmony, god.  We can not experience this level of resonance until we die and break down...we came from that level and will return to that level to be reborn again into more higher levels and then return once again.  Though we can't experience that level while alive, we still experience its presence because we are still affected by it and caught within its resonance.

Maybe god is the lowest vibration; the largest, all-encompassing, universe-sized vibration, which would be the largest movement within all existence, mathematically speaking… god may be the undefined limit referred to as absolute zero.
